Been living at Windsor Woods since mid-June of this year. Nothing but five stars so far! Maintenance has been great and available when needed. Had a small appliance leak, they came out and replaced the entire appliance all within 3 hours. The grounds are very well kept, the landscapers are here just about weekly. We love it here and can see us being here for many years!

My wife and I moved to Windsor Woods Apartments a year ago and we are very happy with our decision to do so. Our first interaction with the apartment complex was when we met with Jackie. She was friendly and informative from day one and she has continued to be incredibly kind, caring, and helpful ever since. We feel fortunate that we have the opportunity to work with her. The maintenance team has also been outstanding. Chris, Nick, and Ronald respond quickly and address issues effectively. Even more importantly, they are nice people and it has been a pleasure getting to know them. As for the apartment itself, it is bright, spacious, and in excellent condition. The apartment is also conveniently located. We are grateful to live at Windsor Woods.

Everyone from the leasing office is very approachable and accommodating of your needs. It’s only been a month since I moved in but it’s a nice, small community and residents seem to be friendly and respectful towards one another. There are many families who reside at Windsor Woods so you will notice/hear a lot of children play near the pool every afternoon but it never goes past late evening. Enjoying my new home so far.

We believe location wise it is the perfect spot because you are very close to everything. We are on the east side and we believe it is more private, relaxing and cute on the east side compared to the west side but the east side apartments are old and need some renovation. The maintenance team is really helpful and doing their best to fix things. No need to mention that Jackie is always trying to make things easier as much as she can. We would definitely give it 5 stars if all the cabinets and appliances were renovated and renewed but we are currently happy to live at Windsor Woods and hope things will improve, so that we can continue living here for a long time🤞

Parking is easy, great location and the field behind the buildings is great for running the kids, sledding or watching sunsets.
The office staff are generally kind and attentive, although messages are not always returned. The maintenance staff are amazing, patrolling keeping the place clean and orderly.
The price is right and the neighbors are splendid.

With my extensive research and having few weeks in hand, Was Moving from Minneapolis & Windsor Woods was my choice, from leasing to moving in was great experience plus it is so close to everything you need. Office staff is great and working hard to solve your problems when ever required. Just few things need upgrade in house ( Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinates – Like everything has age after that one needs change ) & I am happy fantastic team at Windsor woods will take care of it in coming days.

Great staff. Great location. From viewing the place to signing the lease and moving in, the staff, especially Jackie, made it super easy! I felt instantly at home. There were a few minor things that needed fixing and the maintenance staff fixed them within 48 hours and I’m very pleased with the results. Definitely happy I moved to Windsor Woods!
